Nobody will be bored this summer. CSE "Światowid" in Elbląg has prepared a wide offer of art classes and workshops. Together, we will learn painting and artistic techniques. The classes will be held in properly adapted rooms and under the supervision of qualified instructors. Take a look at our offer.
Światowid invites you from the first week of July. We start with painting workshops:
>> Magical World of Art in the painting workshop, date: 03.07. - 07.07.2023.
Once again we will prove that city holidays do not have to be boring. During the workshop, we will be inspired by a variety of painting techniques.
The programme includes, among others, a summer beach painted with soap bubbles on canvas, Sgraffito Pouring techniques, portraits in dry pastel, and painting on fabric and glass.
During the 5-day art workshop, children and young people will gain creative experience, learn how to improve their work and find many new solutions, through which they will harmoniously connect with the world of art.
The Magical World of Art workshops will develop children's imagination and artistic taste, contribute to the development of children's personalities, and provide opportunities for entertainment and education. Art workshops - a place for creative imagination and the realisation of the boldest creative ideas!

Art combined with language learning - this is Światowid's proposal for the second week of July:
>> Art workshops conducted in English - Mixed Media Art Workshops, date: 10.07. - 14.07.2023.
Join us for a week of creative art workshops with the main aim of developing children's imagination, sensitivity and creativity. The activities will be conducted in English, which additionally allows for the practice of a foreign language in the form of free immersion. Each day is based on a different art technique, and a different theme so that participants will be able to explore a variety of forms of creative expression. Inspired by painters, architects and contemporary artists, the children will produce artworks ranging from the depths of the seas and oceans, through the world around them, to distant galaxies. The class will be taught by an instructor with many years of experience working in one London secondary school in the Visual Arts department. Topics: under the sea, beyond the sun, modern city, fairy tales, and things around us.
Children who:
like to paint, draw, and create;
would like to spend time creatively, in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, and develop their creativity and imagination;
can communicate in English, at least to a small extent, and would like to practise this communication naturally.

Another proposal of the Światowid is a visit to the art studio:
>> Holiday Variety Backpack, term: 17.07 - 21.07. 2023.
Without leaving we will travel. We will visit countries, eras, and galleries. We will experience crazy, artistic adventures by filling a holiday backpack of diversity. We will learn about the diversity of cultures and their richness through artistic creations using a variety of techniques. We will look for differences and common elements, things that unite people all over the world. We will pack a hand-made Greek vase, worthy of the ancient Greeks, into our backpack of diversity. From our travels in South America, we will take back llamas, sloths and colourful birds, while immersing ourselves in the colourful world of colours and experiencing what colour is and what it means to us. And from our European travels, we will bring back, among other things, a funky tree house. Our światowid backpack will be filled with colour, joy and laughter. Come and join us.
