For the 25th time, Elbląg was the arena for the struggle of lovers of valuable words and exceptional music from all over Poland. The country's best reciters and performers of poetic songs presented themselves in front of an Elbląg audience. The culmination of the Festival was a concert by Stanisława Celińska with her band under the direction of Maciej Muraszko.

At a meeting on 18.03.2023, after listening to 21 reciters, and 17 singing poetry, the Jury composed of:

- Jakub Kosiński from Grabik
- Tomasz Buczkowicz from Białystok

Second prize:
- Patrycja Leszczawska from Kraków

First prize:
- Bartosz Kowalczyk from Drawsko Pomorskie

The jury also decided to award the prize for the best accompanist of the Festival. The stay voucher "Romantic weekend for two" at the Anders Hotel funded by the Anders Hotel in Stare Jabłonki and a financial prize of PLN 300 gross receives Filip Kot.

The GRAND PRIX award of the 25th edition of the National Word Art Festival "...czy to jest kochanie?" in the amount of PLN 3,300 gross and a tablet funded by the Marshal of the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship Gustaw Marek Brzezin goes to Inga Żebrowska from Warsaw.

Nomination to participate in the 59th Student Song Festival in Cracow receives Inga Żebrowska from Warsaw.
