Stay Fit is a strength and endurance exercise using your body weight and supported with small weights.

The classes include standing and mat exercises, shaping not only the external muscles but also the internal ones, which are often neglected in other forms of activity - says instructor Patrycja Dyrmo.

Thanks to Stay Fit classes, you can beautifully model your figure, strengthen all muscle parts and burn calories.

There is a great offer in February - come with a friend and go together on one pass for a month! Classes take place on Mondays and Wednesdays.
