Children's Dance Academy is a program aimed at the youngest.
In the Promyk Dance Center, preschool children can learn ballroom and modern dance as well as elements of folk dance.

- At present, not many preschool institutions have dance classes in their program and such young children have an incredible need for movement - says Magdalena Szydłowska from CT Promyk - Hence the idea to introduce additional dance classes for preschool children.

Classes are aimed at children aged 5 to 6 years. Through play, children learn short choreographies based on ballroom, modern and folk dance. In this way, they will develop a sense of rhythm, improve mobility, coordination and musicality.
Dance has a huge impact on shaping a child's personality and its proper psychophysical development. It guarantees proper body development and corrects posture defects. Dancing children usually learn better, remember better and endure stress better. Dance classes also help to overcome the child's inner resistance and shyness. Dance also teaches manners, strengthens self-esteem and triggers creativity.

- Regular classes are also a way to develop the habit of spending free time actively in the child - say the instructors. – Through these classes, each parent can check whether their child has dancing skills and whether dancing will become their hobby. And when children learn to dance a little, competitions with prizes, shows and tournaments await them. On the dance floor, among the audience and applause, every child will feel like a real star.

Classes as part of the Children's Dance Academy are held on Mondays at CSE Światowid at 16.30 and on Saturdays at CT "Promyk" at 11.00.
